Yes—prices display in your selected currency and are charged in that currency. Exchange rates are set by your card/bank or payment provider.
We move fast. If you need a change or cancellation, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processing or shipped, we can’t guarantee changes.
If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address. After dispatch, we’ll try to re-route with the carrier, but success isn’t guaranteed.

Yes. If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us and we’ll try to enable it.
Some countries may charge VAT/GST or import duties. These are set by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed within 48–72 hours after dispatch. It may take another 24–48 hours to show the first scan.

In-transit scans can pause for a few days during handovers. If there’s no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we’ll investigate.
If tracking shows no delivery and no update for 15+ business days beyond the estimates, we’ll reship or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
30 days from the delivery date.
Unused, in original condition and packaging.Include all accessories/manuals.
Exclusions: personalized items, intimate/hygiene items, clearance “final sale” (if marked).
Change of mind / ordered wrong item: Customer pays return shipping.
Faulty, damaged, wrong item: We cover it—email us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video.

Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (bank processing times vary).
Product & Care
Yes—supplier images are used, and we run QC before dispatch. Minor color differences can occur due to lighting/screens.
Sometimes. To speed things up, multi-item orders may ship in multiple parcels with separate tracking numbers.

Warranty & After-sales
Report within 7 days with photos/video. We will reship, replace parts, or refund.
Most products include a 60-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects (misuse and wear-and-tear excluded). Contact us with evidence and we’ll help.
