How to Track

1️⃣ Find your tracking number
You’ll get your tracking number in an email titled “Your order has been shipped.”
If you ordered multiple items, each package may have a separate tracking number.

2️⃣ Enter your tracking number below
Paste your tracking code here and click Track to view live updates.

3️⃣ Having trouble?
If your tracking number doesn’t work right away, please allow 1–2 business days after shipment for the carrier system to update.

Common Tracking Questions

My tracking hasn’t updated for several days.
Don’t worry—international tracking often pauses at customs or carrier transfers.
If no movement for 10+ business days, email us and we’ll investigate.

Tracking shows delivered, but I didn’t receive my package.
Please check with neighbors or your local post office.
If still not found, contact us so we can open a carrier investigation.

Package lost or delayed.
If there’s no update 15+ business days beyond the estimate, we’ll reship or refund.
