Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to love your purchase from TTHUT.
If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.
Our policy complies with global eCommerce standards and consumer protection laws.

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the day your order is marked delivered to request a return or exchange.
After this window, we may not be able to process your request.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
  • The product must be in resalable condition.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Intimate, hygiene, or health-related products
  • Clearance or “final sale” items (if marked as such)

Return Process

1️⃣ Email us at service@tthut.com
Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos (if applicable).
2️⃣ Our team will review your request and send you the return shipping address and instructions.
3️⃣ Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to change of mind or ordered the wrong item, the customer pays for return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item, TTHUT covers the return shipping cost.

Please use a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt.
We are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Approve or reject your refund request (you’ll receive an email notification).
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
    (Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.)

Shipping fees and insurance costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email service@tthut.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll confirm stock availability and send exchange instructions.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@tthut.com

Include clear photos or a short video showing the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please:

Check your bank or card account again.

Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at service@tthut.com.

Return Address

Return addresses vary depending on your product type and warehouse location.
Please do not return your parcel to the sender’s address on the package label.
Our team will provide the correct return address once your request is approved.
